Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, although during busy periods or when we need to confirm stock availability this may take up to 5 working days.We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Our order cut-off time is 2pm.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Orders over £100 are sent using Tracked 24.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your service includes tracking, the tracking link will be included and will become active once Royal Mail scans your parcel into its network.

US orders have a minimum order value of $50 and are sent using tracked Royal Mail international services.

We cannot currently deliver US orders to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Import duties are handled through Royal Mail’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) process, so you should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel arrives.

In rare cases, US customs may request additional information before releasing a shipment.

US delivery usually takes around 7–14 working days after dispatch.

International delivery times can vary depending on customs processing and local postal services, so some parcels may occasionally take longer.

All US orders are tracked.

We send papers flat wherever practical.

Larger A3 sheets may occasionally be folded once in the middle so they can be sent safely and at a reasonable shipping cost.

This does not affect their suitability for decoupage — the paper settles flat again once adhesive or varnish is applied.

We offer three main paper options:

30gsm Mulberry Paper WITH Fibres
Our traditional mulberry paper with visible fibres. Soft, natural-looking and ideal if you like the characteristic texture of classic mulberry paper.

30gsm Fibreless Mulberry Paper
Smooth mulberry paper without visible fibres. A good all-round choice if you prefer a cleaner, more seamless finish while still having the strength of a 30gsm paper.

18gsm Fibreless Extra Thin Paper
Our thinnest and most transparent option. It blends very easily into the surface but is more delicate to handle, making it best for customers who prefer working with very thin decoupage paper.

Paper options available may vary depending on the size selected and will be shown on the product page.

Our designs are available in a range of formats including A4, A3, smaller print sizes, coaster sizes and other specialist formats, depending on the design.

Some designs also offer an A5 – Smaller Prints option, with two smaller images printed on one sheet.

Please check the size options shown on each individual product page, as not every design is available in every format.

Add any 12 qualifying items to your basket and the 2 lowest-priced items are free. The offer repeats automatically:

You can mix qualifying A3 and A4 printed decoupage papers and greeting cards.

Plain papers, gift cards and SECONDS/imperfect items are excluded. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Sometimes. If you need an existing Creative Miking design in a different size, please contact us before placing your order with:

• the paper code/design number
• the size you need

We will confirm whether the resize is possible, as some designs cannot be resized successfully due to their proportions or print quality.

Orders placed without prior confirmation cannot be amended.

No. We do not offer a custom photo or image printing service and cannot print photographs, images from Google, or other customer-supplied artwork.

All of our printed papers are produced from designs available in the Creative Miking collection.
