Can I use your papers to make items for sale?
Yes — you may use our papers in your finished handmade projects and sell those physical items.
Please note:
- our designs may not be copied, scanned, traced, or reproduced
- they may not be resold as paper, prints, or digital files
- the artwork must remain part of a finished handmade item
All designs are protected by copyright and remain the property of the original artist.
Why Creative Miking? What does the word "miking" mean?
Miking is an old British word meaning to idle away one’s time — slowly, without pressure, without a goal.
Creative Miking was born from the idea that creativity doesn’t have to be rushed, optimised, or constantly productive.
Sometimes the most meaningful creative moments happen when you slow down — hands on paper, no deadlines, no expectations.
That’s what Creative Miking stands for:
thoughtfully designed papers that support calm, unhurried creativity.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Orders to the United States are shipped using Royal Mail international services with duties handled through a Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) process. This means import duties are managed during shipping and customers should not normally be charged additional fees when the parcel arrives.
Will I need to pay customs fees when my order arrives?

In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information before releasing a shipment.
Is there a minimum order value for US orders?
Yes. International orders to the United States require a minimum order value of $50.
This helps us manage international shipping costs and customs processing.
How long does delivery to the United States take?
Delivery times vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Typical delivery time is around 7–14 working days, but international shipments may occasionally take longer.
All international orders are shipped using tracked Royal Mail services so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.
Do you ship to PO Boxes in the United States?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Due to international shipping and customs requirements, parcels must be delivered to a physical street address.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods or if we need to confirm stock availability, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
We dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Which delivery services do you use?
We ship using Royal Mail services, including:
• Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (for higher-value UK orders)
• Royal Mail International services for orders to the United States
Tracking details will be available once Royal Mail scans the parcel into their network.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email.
If your shipment includes tracking, the tracking number will become active once Royal Mail scans the parcel into their network.
You can then follow your parcel using the tracking link provided in the email.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Will my papers arrive flat?
Most papers are shipped flat whenever possible.
However, larger A3 sheets may be folded once in the middle to keep shipping costs reasonable and to allow them to be sent safely using standard postal services.
This fold does not affect their use for decoupage, as the paper becomes flat again once glue or varnish is applied.
Do you ship to countries outside the UK and USA?
Selected Creative Miking designs are also available internationally through our marketplace store on Zazzle, where printing and shipping are handled locally.

30gsm Mulberry Paper WITH fibres
Standard mulberry paper with visible natural fibres.
Creates a more traditional, textured look and adds natural character to finished projects.
Ideal if you enjoy a handmade, organic finish.
30gsm Mulberry Paper WITHOUT fibres (fibreless mulberry paper)
Smooth mulberry paper with no visible fibres.
Easy to work with and ideal if you prefer a cleaner, more even surface.
A great choice for beginners and for projects where a smooth finish is preferred.
18gsm Mulberry Paper WITHOUT fibres (fibreless mulberry paper)
Very lightweight and delicate mulberry paper with a smooth surface.
Recommended for more experienced crafters or very fine, layered work.
This is our customers’ favourite option for detailed decoupage.
Choosing your paper type
For A4-based prints, selecting a paper type is required before your order can be printed.
Paper type is chosen using the Paper Type Selection option when placing your order.
Orders cannot be processed without a selected paper type.
A3 size papers
All A3 size papers are printed on fibreless mulberry paper only.
Paper type selection is not required for A3.
What sizes are your papers and greeting cards?
Paper sizes in our shop follow the standard European format.
• A4 paper – 21 × 29.7 cm (approximately 8.3 × 11.7 inches)
• A3 paper – 29.7 × 42 cm (approximately 11.7 × 16.5 inches)
For comparison, A4 is slightly longer and narrower than US Letter size, while A3 is roughly twice the size of A4.
Our greeting cards are A5 size when folded, which is half of an A4 sheet.
• A5 folded card – 14.8 × 21 cm (approximately 5.8 × 8.3 inches)
Cards are supplied pre-folded and ready to use.

If you like a design from our collection but need it in a different size, please contact us before placing your order.
Please include:
• the paper code / design number
• the design or image
• the size you are looking for
We will confirm whether the requested size is possible before you place your order.
Please note that not all designs can be resized due to image proportions or print quality requirements.
Orders placed without prior confirmation cannot be amended.
