Can I use your papers to make items for sale?

Can I use your papers to make items for sale?

Of course you can!

This is question which rankles many of you and I'm here to help you understand 🙂
Why the answer to your question is YES? Because we care about you and your business.
As a crafter myself (I've been decoupaging for about 15 years now with some breaks) I started getting frustrated with not knowing what I can or cannot legally use. It was putting me off from crafting. I know you all were there. It was hard to collect any information. Some producers were saying yes you can, but only single items...you know it yourself...
When we decided to start our business one thing we had to be sure a 100%!! That our papers will be safe for you to use.
We source our pictures from websites stocking images such as Shutterstock, special websites were artists sell their artworks and sometimes even from the artists themselves. We pay for commercial licence which grants us that we can sell our papers in infinite number of copies. For you this means that you can produce and sell as many items with the same paper from our collection as you wish.
This is very important for us! As some licences limit the number to 100 or 500 final products in which the image can be used and when you reach the number you need to stop using it or buy another licence.
Many designs in our collection are our original works of art (collages). You won't find them anywhere else. We took single images from different (legal) sources and put them together creating something completely new! Did you knew that such designs are also protected by copyright?? We could legally sell them with licences limiting their usage. But as a crafter myself I want you to have what I didn't when I first started. The confidence that you're safe selling your makes 🙂
As of today ALL papers which you can find in our online shop www.creativemiking.com are safe for commercial use. You can create and sell your makes safely.
I hope this resolves all your doubts.
